From 500 lbs. to 8,000 lbs., our leaf spring axles are the benchmark of the trailer industry.
Suspension is accomplished through the use of both double eye and slipper spring Leaf Spring configurations and can be mounted in either underslung or overslung configurations. In many cases, we have multiple tube and spindle solutions to safely handle the overhang customers desire. Leaf Spring axles are offered with several lubrication options, depending on the capacity, including E-Z Lube and standard grease.
We also offer torsion axles for capacity ranging from 600 lbs. to 8,000 lbs. The TORFLEX® system is a torsion arm type suspension that is completely self-contained within the axle tube. It attaches directly to the trailer frame using brackets which are an integral part of the axle assembly.
Also for capacities from 2,500 lbs. to 7,000 lbs., we offer The Eliminator Torsion Axle. It’s an industry first in that it includes a removable spindle. Gone are the days of sitting by the side of the road when the spindle/axle is damaged due to extreme bearing failure or due to an accident.
